Leagalize it!

Lots of chatter about it a the couple snowmass ski shops, the many new marajuana dispensories in the area.  Pot has been legalized for use with certain chronic diseases and injuries.  There are three or four dispensories in this valley, all in a stretch of about 20 miles.  How many people need to suffer from chronic diseases, where pot is an effective treatment, to warrant four different spots to buy legally.  Really, are they price shopping?  How do these guys differentiate themselves, offering better pipes?  Seems a little ridiculous.  I’ve never really understood why all these people want pot to be legalized.  Once it is legalized it essentially becomes governmentaly controlled.  Which means it will be taxed, it will be monitored on how much you can grow or sell.  You will need a business licenses and state sales tax license to sell a joint to your buddy.  Also once it is legal police forces will have a bigger budget to spend on patrol the legal use of it.
